Call Outcome is a unique feature which allows companies to use their telephone keypad to enter the outcome of the call as well as the exact dollar amount the sale resulted in.


  • At the end of the call, the staff member will be prompted to answer questions regarding the call outcome i.e. sale, product ID, appointment set
  • If the call resulted in a sale the staff member can enter the exact dollar amount
  • The IVR can have a maximum of 4 prompts


  • Assign accurate amount to sales made over the phone
  • View all data in AVANSER’s Real Time Portal – or have call data sent straight into your analytics platform of choice e.g. Google Analytics
  • Discover which campaigns are driving high profit sales calls and attribute them back to the exact keyword entered
